Strategic sourcing · Brokerage · Market access — Abu Dhabi
The Gulf buys in billions. Selling to it takes a partner on the ground.
Novatra is a licensed Abu Dhabi commercial brokerage (CN-6042522) that takes international manufacturers into the Gulf's institutional procurement systems — and never into its payment chain. For Gulf buyers and EPC contractors, the same desk sources and qualifies suppliers against a specific requirement.
What we do
Six doors into Gulf procurement
A focused portfolio, not a trading house that claims everything. We work where regional procurement runs deep and qualification is the barrier.
Energy & Oil / Gas
Sourcing, supplier representation and brokerage for energy-sector buyers: equipment, consumables, materials and specialist services.
Industrial Solutions
Commercial representation of manufacturers and technical suppliers — spare parts, machinery, production equipment, components.
Commodities & Raw Materials
Selective international sourcing and supply coordination for metals, industrial materials and petrochemical-related products.
Market Entry
UAE/GCC landing programs for foreign companies: registrations, ICV strategy, partner identification, tender coordination.
Strategic & Government Trade
We develop government tenders and approved industrial requirements inside our licensed scope — and say plainly what sits outside it.
Deal Brokerage
Connecting qualified counterparties and coordinating large B2B transactions — without standing in the middle of them.
Who we connect you with
The buyer ecosystems we navigate
Institutional buying in the Gulf runs through registration portals, pre-qualification and local-content programs. We know these routes step by step — running them is the core of our market-entry work.
United Arab Emirates
Saudi Arabia & GCC
Program figures are from the buyers' own public announcements. Novatra supports registration and qualification processes; listing a buyer describes the procurement routes we work with — not an endorsement by, or supplier status with, that organisation. In Saudi Arabia your entity registers directly, with Novatra as your offshore support, never your in-Kingdom agent. Figures last verified October 2026.
Services, precisely
Named services. Defined deliverables.
No "solutions". Each service below has a definition of done we put in writing — and a delivery playbook inside our operating system that our team executes step by step.
Every service above maps to a written delivery playbook inside the Novatra operating system — inputs checklist, steps, pitfalls and the definition of done. Ask to see the relevant one in the first call.
Working with us
Three ways to engage — all of them on paper
Standard agreements. Registered customers. One confirmation letter per deal. No surprises in the fee line.
Representation mandate
We market and develop business for your products in an agreed territory. You contract and invoice customers directly; commission is due only on money you actually receive.
- Written agreement — defined territory & products
- Every customer registered, protecting both sides
- A per-deal confirmation letter fixes the rate
Market-entry program
A defined program to land you in the Gulf: buyer registrations, ICV and local-content strategy, partner identification, meetings and tender monitoring.
- Fixed scope with monthly reporting
- Qualified-introduction targets in writing
- Success fees only where agreed per opportunity
Deal brokerage
You need a counterparty — a buyer for capacity, a source for a requirement. We connect qualified parties and coordinate the transaction without becoming part of it.
- Role, fee and trigger agreed before introductions
- Both sides verified before the table is set
- Discretion as a working method, not a slogan
From first call to collected contract
- Validate the buyer's real requirement
- Qualify the supplier's capability
- Confirm role & fee in writing
- Coordinate proposal & quotation
- Support negotiation & milestones
- Monitor delivery & resolve issues
- Collect, review, repeat order

For buyers & EPCs
Tell us what you need sourced
You hold a requirement, a tender or a package; somewhere there is a qualified maker for it. We run that search the disciplined way.
Send the requirement
Specification or standard, quantities, delivery point, required certifications and your deadline. A signed one-page sourcing brief locks the scope.
We scan and verify
Real manufacturers only — certifications current, export-capable, sanctions-screened. One identical RFQ pack to all; one clean Q&A channel.
You get the matrix
Three or more compliant quotations normalised to the same terms, deviations highlighted, with our risk read — then you contract the maker directly.
Fees, upfront
A success fee or disclosed sourcing fee agreed in writing before the sweep begins. Never hidden in the price; never a markup you can't see.
A message from the Chief Executive
Why Novatra exists
The procurement pipelines of our region are measured in the hundreds of billions of dirhams — ADNOC alone has committed AED 200 billion to local procurement through 2028, and Saudi Arabia's localisation programs put forward tens of billions of dollars in supplier opportunities every year.
Behind every one of those public numbers stands a buyer looking for a qualified supplier — and somewhere abroad, a manufacturer with exactly the right product who cannot find the door. Novatra exists to close that distance.
We are deliberately built the clean way: your customer contracts with you directly, your payments never pass through us, and our commission is earned only when you are paid. Every mandate we take is written, every customer we introduce is registered, and every claim we make can be checked. In this region, trust is the licence that matters most — and it is the one we protect hardest.

Frequently asked
Who can help a foreign manufacturer enter the UAE market?
Novatra, a licensed commercial brokerage in Abu Dhabi (licence CN-6042522), runs market-entry programs for foreign manufacturers: buyer registrations, ICV strategy, partner identification and tender monitoring across the UAE and GCC. Customers contract with the manufacturer directly; Novatra works under a written mandate for a monthly retainer plus agreed success fees.
How do I register as an ADNOC supplier?
Novatra, an Abu Dhabi commercial brokerage, supports ADNOC Supplier Hub registration, pre-qualification and ICV certification strategy end to end. ADNOC has publicly committed AED 200 billion to local procurement (2026–2028), and registration plus ICV scoring is the gate to it. Your entity registers as the supplier; Novatra prepares and coordinates the process.
What is ICV certification and why does it matter in the UAE?
In-Country Value (ICV) certification scores a supplier's contribution to the UAE economy and is a condition of tender processing at ADNOC and across the Mubadala and ADQ portfolio. Novatra, from Abu Dhabi, builds ICV strategy into its market-entry programs so foreign suppliers plan their score before bidding, not after losing a tender.
Can Novatra register my company as a Saudi Aramco or SABIC vendor?
Novatra supports Saudi Aramco e-Marketplace and SABIC vendor registration from Abu Dhabi as offshore support: your own entity registers directly while Novatra prepares the registration, technical qualification and iktva planning. Aramco's iktva program is publicly sized at roughly US$28 billion of supplier opportunities a year. Novatra is not an agent registered in Saudi Arabia.
What does commercial representation in Abu Dhabi look like for industrial equipment manufacturers?
Novatra takes written representation mandates for industrial and energy-sector manufacturers from its Abu Dhabi desk: defined territory and products, registered customers, and commission due only on money the manufacturer actually receives. The manufacturer contracts and invoices customers directly — Novatra never resells and never enters the payment chain.
Who can source and qualify suppliers for a UAE tender or EPC project?
Novatra sources and qualifies international suppliers for Gulf buyers and EPC contractors from Abu Dhabi, against a specific requirement, tender or project. Both sides are verified before introductions, the role and fee are agreed in writing first, and the buyer contracts with the chosen supplier directly.
How do you engage Novatra and what does it cost?
Novatra, in Abu Dhabi, works three ways, all on paper: representation mandates (commission on collected revenue), market-entry programs (monthly retainer plus agreed success fees) and deal brokerage (a success fee fixed in writing before introductions). A first conversation takes thirty minutes — email info@novatradesk.com.
