If you contact info@novatradesk.com or any Novatra address, we receive your email address, your name and whatever you choose to write. We use it to answer you and to conduct the business you asked about; we keep correspondence as commercial records for as long as a potential or actual business relationship reasonably requires, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
In the course of mandates we process ordinary business information about counterparties (company details, professional contact details of representatives, commercial documents). We treat customer and contact information introduced under our agreements as confidential, use it only for the mandate, and protect it contractually against misuse.
Write to info@novatradesk.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete correspondence that is not needed for legal or contractual record-keeping. We answer within a reasonable period.
